Welcome to The Whole Bow – a website dedicated to adult violin learners
If you are thinking of learning to play violins as adults, this is the website for you. The reason of starting this website is that when I decided to start learning the violin from scratch without any music background at the age of late 30s, I could not find a lot of information or the information was scattered at different websites and discussion boards.
The goals of this website are the following:
- To provide useful information for adults who want to learn the violins or who have decided to pick the instruments up after a long hiatus.
- To inspire others who want to learn the violins but have not yet executed that thought.
- To gather information about learning the violin as adult learners in one location.
- To journal about my journey of learning the violin as an adult learner.
